I am an adultKorlat Loyalty Club (from hereon in “the Program”) is presented and organized by Badel 1862 d.d., Ulica grada Gospića 7, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 3674512860 (from hereon in: “the Organizer”).
The Organizer expressly claims that Google is in no way involved in these contests, their financial support, their policies or their organization.
This Program is intended for persons over 18 years of age and its content may not be shared with minors.
All natural persons over the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”) have the right to participate and use the Program. The Organizer reserves the right to reject an application that it deems to be in violation of the Terms of Use.
To create a profile within the Program, the User must have a unique and valid e-mail address. Participation is limited to 1 (in words: one) profile per person.
Registration via e-mail address.
The person who owns the e-mail address specified during registration must provide information on the date of birth when registering for the user profile and fill in the basic profile in order to be considered a User. The basic profile includes entering an e-mail address and password.
The User collects points by entering the code number from the cork in the designated place on www.korlat.hr for the Korlat loyalty program. The user is entitled to one point for each code from the cork. The number from one cork can be only be entered once. Only services listed in the Program are included in the collection of points.
Users will be notified in advance in the event of news or changes in terms of rewards or new features in the Program.
Each numbered Korlat cork gives the User 1 point which is added to their user profile. When registering with the Program, the User will receive 3 welcome points on their account. The User can view the status of points on their account at any time.

Points in the Program are saved on the user profile of an individual User and can be exchanged for Prizes. The prize list, as well as the number of Points required to receive an individual Prize, can be seen in the Program at any time.
When joining the Program for the first time, a User Account must be created (via an e-mail address).
The User collects Points in the Program that can be exchanged for available Prizes.
Points within the Program are collected as follows:
Buying Korlat 16 or 17 wine – when the wine is opened, a code is written on the cork that should be entered into the Program through the User Account at www.korlat.hr/en .
When Users collect a sufficient number of Points for the desired Prize, they can get it by exchanging Points for the Prize. Getting a Prize will deduct the number of points needed for the received Prize from their profile, the prize will be displayed under ‘Order History’ within the user profile and a confirmation of the received Prize will be sent to the User’s e-mail address with details and conditions of delivery.
Points may be collected, retained or spent only in the manner specified in these Terms of Use. Any other use, including the sale, exchange and transfer of Points or any attempt to do so constitutes a serious violation of these Terms of Use.
Decisions of the Organizer regarding the awarding of Points are final and binding. If the Points collected are subsequently found to be invalid for any reason, or have been collected in any way beyond these Terms of Use, the corresponding Points will be removed from the User’s profile.
The Organizer will inform the User on a regular basis about news and events related to the Program by sending a special newsletter to the e-mail address with which the User registered their profile in the Program.
All user profiles deemed to be in conflict with the Terms of Use will be investigated and the Organizer reserves the right to freeze the profile in question before or during the investigation and the profile may be deleted if deemed necessary for the security of the Application and the integrity of the promotion. The organizer’s decision to freeze and/or delete any user profile is final. If a User’s profile is deleted, it will not be possible to use Points connected to that profile and it will not be possible to reopen it and therefore they will no longer be able to participate in further promotion. The Organizer also reserves the right to limit the period of validity of points under the Program.
Codes, passwords or other personal data should be kept secret by each User. The organizer is not responsible for any unauthorized use of points, codes, passwords or other personal data.
By participating in the Program, the User agrees that the Organizer collects, processes and publishes personal data provided by the User to the Program (such as their name, address, e-mail address, image, etc.) and uses them in marketing and promotional purposes related to the Program, and exclusively, limitlessly in time and territory, in all media.
The User is free to deny his consent to the collection and processing of personal data at any time and accepts that such denial may lead to the inability to participate in the Program.
To receive a Prize, the extended user profile with information such as name and surname, address and contact number must be filled in so that the Organizer can contact the User regarding the delivery of the Prize and so that the real recipient of the Prize can be determined with certainty.
Logging in to an existing user profile is only possible with an e-mail address. In case the password to access the user account has been forgotten, click on ‘Forgot your password?’ on the initial login screen and follow the instructions in the Program.
The User Profile cannot be deleted due to the potential abuse of the Program’s capabilities. It is only possible to log out of the Program and the user profile data remains recorded in the database.
Accounts can be closed or deleted by the Organizer by sending an official request to the e-mail address klub@korlat.hr
The Organizer guarantees that all personal data collected under this Program will be used exclusively for the purposes stated in these Terms of Use, for the purposes of contacting, delivery of won Prizes and sending notifications via the Newsletter and improving the user experience in the Program.
Points are exchanged for a prize in the Program on the user profile by selecting the option to get (select) the Prize. The prizes can be picked up at the company’s headquarters in Zagreb, Ulica grada Gospića 7, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 with prior notice via e-mail address klub@korlat.hr.
All User Awards are delivered are delivered to users with an address within the Republic of Croatia free of charge by delivery to their address registered in the profile.
All Prizes must be verified and all complaints sent to the program within 72 hours of receiving the Prize. Any invalid Prize should be reported from 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, via the e-mail address klub@korlat.hr
Prizes are those Prizes that are listed within the Program and in these Terms of Use. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal or greater value.
Within the Program, the User can receive each currently active Prize once.

Data is retained 3 years after the User’s last activity in the Program.
The Organizer reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, shut down, amend or suspend the Program in whole or in part, at any time, including the cancellation of all unspent points. In that case, all Users will be notified of the changes via the e-mail address to which the user profile is registered, no later than 30 days before the changes occur, unless for technical reasons it is not possible to do so earlier.
The Organizer may disclose the User’s data for the purpose of fulfilling the possibilities for collecting the Prizes by the User.
Any violation of these Terms of Use will result in the loss of the Prize.
The Organizer reserves the right to change these Terms of Use when necessary for the proper functioning of the Program, of which Users will be notified 30 days in advance, except in situations where the gap between information about changes and the effective date of changes prevents it.
Users agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any User who is found to be carrying out suspicious acts in the use of the Program, or to act in any manner deemed by the Organizer to be in violation of the Terms of Use, or to act in any manner the organizer considers to be harmful. Suspicious or harmful acts are considered acts of opening and using more than one profile per person and violation of other conditions referred to in Article 2.
The data provided by the Users exclusively for the needs of the full functionality of this Program, are given to the Organizer. In the event that the users of the Program publish any content, they will be considered to have published it voluntarily and on their own accord, and the Organizer is not responsible for the content of the same, as well as for misuse of such content by any third parties.
We inform you that when you submit your application, the submission of your personal data is voluntary. Also, if users have posted any content about the Program (including photos, text messages, comments, any personal information, etc.) they are considered to have all the necessary authority to post such content. By such publication, the users of the Program give the Organizer permission to use the entire published content for marketing and any other commercial purposes, and at the same time waive all material and any other rights that belong to them on that basis. By participating in this Program, Users agree that the Organizer collects, processes and publishes their personal data provided by users to this Program (such as their name, address, e-mail address, etc.) and uses it for marketing and promotional purposes related to this Application, and exclusively in all media, unlimited in time and territory.
The user is free to deny their consent to the collection and processing of personal data at any time. These Terms of Use apply only to campaigns under the Korlat Loyalty Program and are subject to Croatian law.
The organizer’s decision is final and binding in all matters.
