A selected group of true Korlat aficionados won their spot at a secret dinner for the passionate. In the pleasant atmosphere of the Atrium of the MM Kantina, they were awaited by their host – famous chef David Skoko. In that idyllic summer night, together they enjoyed the passion interlaced in the food and poured into the Korlat wine.
Luckily, the special menu created for them by David is no longer a secret, so, inspired by it, you can also challenge yourself to combine your favorite food with various sorts of superb wine.
Cold appetizer – striped red mullet crudo with a bitter orange sauce, served with Vezak Sauvignon.
Warm appetizer – skate in dark bone sauce, with zucchini cream and sun-dried tomato oil, with Korlat Merlot..
Warm appetizer – quail risotto, with Korlat Syrah withKorlat Syrah.
Main course – young wild boar ragout with crispy polenta and chicory, with Korlat Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dessert – cake with almond ladyfingers and figs cooked in Korlat Merlot Boutique, served with Korlat Merlot Boutique.
